Natalie’s connection to hearing loss encouraged her to enter the profession of hearing care. Hearing loss is hereditary in her family, so she has been exposed to people with hearing loss and hearing aids her entire life. She wanted a profession where she could support people with hearing loss while continuously expanding her knowledge and education.

Natalie grew up in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. She graduated from the hearing aid practitioner program in 2010 with honours distinction. In 2013, Natalie became board certified in hearing instrument sciences.
