Barb grew up in Manitoba but has lived in Edmonton most of her life. She graduated from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology with her diploma in Medical Transcription. She was a medical transcriptionist for 25 years before joining the clinic in 2013.

Barb has a special interest in hearing loss as her son is hearing impaired. She is a people person and loves interacting with clients. She is the friendly voice that you hear on the phone.
